The crushing the crown one, the samples ones, and the bracelet for the warchief one. I then go to Uldum and do crushing the crown. I don't kill more mobs than necessary for the quests. In my experience, charms do not drop from them very well.

You can omit the next two steps if: 1 You're exalted with Hellscream's Reach, because I port to Tol Barad Penn next and do those dailies, the mobs there also drop charms And 2 If you've farmed enough charms because for this step you can farm like a week worth of charms in 2hrs.

But not very many. The respawn rate of the mobs here are nuts. I never had to sit around and wait. And with a quick fly to pop over between longer distances, blink between shorter, the travel time was basically nil.

Grabbing aggro off the npcs is easy so if the groups are close enough you can AoE down two or three at a time. And AoEing around the opposite faction groups does not flag you so you don't have to worry about killing unnecessary mobs.

So, after I had all my charms the first place I would port is Silvermoon. You have to run out of the port room, go get the bracelet quest and run back. On my way back I would give the samples to all the guards standing outside his building in a line.

Run in, give him the bracelet and take the portal to UC. Not my own portal, the portal upstairs.
