When is godaddy coming back

I followed everything in that link except contacting customer support. That's my last step, unless you can advise better. I tried this but it does not work and I get error message as below.

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: authentication required. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again. Tried other combinations - SSL with password, no security no authentication - nothing works.

GoDaddy Support does not help saying they do not support Thunderbird client. I feel I am being forced to pay for Office client indirectly. Expect better customer experience. I have a virtual server on godaddy i'm sending the emails using dedrelay.

For the past two weeks, all emails sent to our customers with roadrunner. Today, I tried sending some from my gmail account and they went through.

Wondering if there is an issue between GoDaddy and Spectrum?? Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? Thank you! My story is like RSC's: for a while, it would take several clicks of the "Retry" button to send e-mail in Thunderbird. Starting yesterday, I cannot get past the Login Failed box. Webmail works, and I haven't changed my POP mail settings for the outgoing server:. Authentication method: Password, transmitted insecurely.

At the same time, I became unable to send e-mail on my Android phone. VERY frustrating. I have also had the same problem of being able to receive emails godaddy domain , but not be able to send them from my iPhone.

After reading several forums and trying everything possible, I finally stumbled upon the simplest setting that amazingly worked. So, I hope this helps someone else who is about to pull their hair out. I cannot explain why this works, but it does - anyway - I hope it helps someone who has tried everything else like me.

All I had to do was switch the port from 25 to 80 and that got it working again. GoDaddy Tech Support recognized the problem immediately. My Thunderbird configuration is now:. I use Mail or Pop secureserver. I had a domain that was connected to Office for email. As of two days ago, I updated the DNS Zone files to all point to my new server I am personally using for using email for that domain. Now, some emails arrive at the new server fine from services like AOL. But, if I send an email from another account that is hosted by Office , that doesn't seem to have been updated and won't send.

For example. The mail bounces back because for some reason sending from ABC. Any advice? Hi guys if you have any solution for my problem plz suggest. I have tried with SSL and without, using all the recomended ports Anny suggestion? I would like to inform your that when I send mail to another domain anowar heritagebd. I've tested on my own Gmail and not working there either.

Here are some questions: 1. Is there a resolution? Let's get this fixed! Need a solution asap. Are you out there? Is anyone reading this? Heather, I am using the godaddy webmail for my email. Is there a solution for this? This is my setup: Mail is sent through: smtpout. That did the trick. Message error talking to smtp server cant connect Nothing has changed on my end, receiving ok.

I am also using Mozilla's Thunderbird for sending and receiving email. Thank you in advance! Still won't send. Hi EnviroFirst , Welcome to our forums, this isn't quite the same issue as the others in this thread.

Hello Justin. Please advise. Catch the highlights from GoDaddy Open Join the discussion. View This Post. February 24, at PM. Emails not being delivered. Top Rated Answers. Before doing so, I'd suggest making sure you're already doing the following: Add an SPF record to your domain if you don't have one. Don't use a generic subject. If you send an email with a subject like "new message" or "hi" it might be blocked as spam. Changing this to something unique should help.

All Answers. Same here called them and they said since I redid my mx records to fix it to give it hrs. This crap happened about 6 months ago. But you can send within fine. You can receive all emails. Does anyone at godady know how to fix this???? Hello, Message aren't delivered and i have rejected email Right now all fingers are pointing at GoDaddy internal setup Willing to implement any fix specified. Same problem and just in the last days. What did GoDaddy change? Welcome to the community!

There's a link in that bounceback message with suggestions on what to do to fix the issue as well as a form for you to fill out to report the bounceback. Have you tried that yet? This issue popped up for me today for the first time regarding a client I have been working with daily for over a decade.

I followed the checkspam I'm trying to run a business and don't have time for that. Has anyone found a solution to this problem. I tried to send a test proposal to my business email from my broker portal. I sent it twice and it never arrived.

I sent it to my personal account account and it came through in two seconds. I'm not sure what's going on. If you reach out to support with a copy of the email and the bounceback message, they should be able to tell you why it's getting bounced.

I am seeing this and have been for probably 9 months or so. Automated signup confirmation emails are never arriving in our inboxes. They used to and then they stopped.

They are business related and I have to jump through hoops to get a manual email sent with the same information. Unfortunately because the emails are automated noone is monitoring the sending no-reply address and I have been unable to determine any error messages.

I am facing the same problem on emails within the company. The problem is that it's intermittent and not consistent, so I couldn't figure out what it's happening. When I am copied on an email from one of my colleagues, I sometimes receive the email, and other times it just vanishes. Please let's skip the preliminary causes such as anti-virus, firewall, junk email, and spam.

It is NOT the case. The email account is for my company and it's crucial that I receive all that is sent to me. I'm perfectly capable of recognizing spam without GoDaddy's help, and my email client already does an exceptional job of filing incoming spam as spam, so I have no need for GoDaddy to protect me.

If other people do, well, give us a setting. I know some people will think I'm weird, but two days ago before GoDaddy was hosting my mail server , I'd get hundreds of spams, today, I had 5. This is my first post.

Is this strictly a user-to-user forum, or are there GoDaddy reps here? Yes, I am having similar problems. Incoming messages coming from mailers with a Verizon address and containing links to New York Times articles that I sent them in the first place are ending up in the spam detector.

Despite spending much time on the phone with two different tech support persons the problem is still occurring. The second tech support person told me I was on a spam 'black list' likely put there by Verizon. He promised to have me removed from the black list in 72 hours. It hasn't happened. At great personal time and expense and I am going to have to discontinue using the GoDaddy email service unless I can get this sorted out in the next 24 hours.

I tried resolving this issue with online support probably 5 times different dates just to avoid the same support team member. None of those guys have a clue what is going on. Every time I chat with ANYONE from online chat technical support they always refer back to this stupid page where we should copy paste our email content.

I tried that multiple times and guess what???? I have automatic email being sent out like a thank you email via wordpress and you blocked it. There is no bloody way to unblock it. Same goes for woo-commerce! I'm having the same problem my own emails are getting back sending to my same domains this is crazy!!!

I am having an issue where some of my godaddy emails I send to clients or business partners are received by them, however some are not. This week I was sending an attachment, as well as just responding to an email - both to the same person - and neither of my email were received by the intended recipient.
